The major Aim & Objectives of WE HEARD FOUNDATION are

1. To make self-reliant in terms of education and health, by taking all-round initiative to make women, children and youth of tribal families, residing in rural and urban areas, liberate them from social and labour exploitation as well as make them aware of their legal rights. To make an active contribution towards the protection of forest, environment, livestock, and augmentation.
2. To make women aware of their rights and work for their upliftment. Informing women about the schemes circulated by the government, providing participation in the implementation and operation of the schemes run by the Department of Women and Child Development, and for the upliftment and development of the education of child labor and nomadic children, run the child-dependent schools and make arrangements for their rehabilitation.
3. To conduct programs of social welfare such as social, educational, moral, cultural, sports activity, tree plantation, environment, family welfare, women and child development. To develop the economic, mental and intellectual development for the overall development of the lower section of the society. Trying to provide immediate public convenience through social service. To promote the culture, tourism, and art of the CG state.
4. Try to reduce the major problems of tribal areas like health, nutrition, epidemic, and hunger. To make efforts to establish ashram schools in tribal areas, especially in the areas of backward tribes, so as to provide basic education facilities to tribal boys and girls students. To provide vocational training according to the traditional skills of tribal youth for self-employment.
5. Providing cooperation in the implementation and operation of the above schemes by making people aware of the schemes broadcast by Rural Development Department, Tribal Welfare Department, and Social Welfare Department.
6. Through computer education and skill education, the institution aims to spread computer education to poor, backward, middle class, scheduled caste / tribe youth, widows and abandoned women, disabled, economically weak students of the society.
7. To provide modern education, higher education, technical education, vocational education, nursing education to the students and to disseminate education by establishing educational institutions.
8. To make unemployed youth self-reliant by providing educational training related to skill upgradation and to provide participation in the implementation and operation of schemes by disseminating the skill education training programs run by the State Government and Central Government.
9. To work in the field of rural development, urban development, literature, sports, youth welfare, social welfare, consumer protection, women and child welfare, social service.
10. To promote programs run by the health department like family planning, AIDS, prevention of blindness, eradication of malpractices, pulse polio etc. and organize eye camps and blood donation camps. To motivate people to donate blood, to establish and operate a blood bank. And to provide facilities for the help of people living in remote rural backward areas.
11. To work for the all-round development of the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Tribes, Backward Classes and the students living below the poverty line.
12. Implementation and operation of various programs run by women and child development. And to inculcate the feeling of self-reliance in women by providing embroidery, weaving, sewing and computer education.
13. To make people aware about cleanliness and to implement and conduct programs related to cleanliness. To work and to provide participation in the implementation and operation of programs run by the Centre and the State Governments.
14. To work for the all-round development of handicapped, visually impaired, orthopedically handicapped, blind, deaf-mute, youth and to provide them various self-employment related training.
15. To provide participation in the implementation and operation of various public welfare programs like health facilities, child development, population control, women's development, rural development, tribal development, which are run by the state government, central government, and organizations.
16. To provide platform to the talented players of the region and to train them for rendering at national and international level through various sports camps and training.
17. To organize various workshops and camps for drug de-addiction and to make people aware about drug de-addiction.
18. To work for the empowerment of women and to awaken public sentiment against various social evils like child marriage, dowry system, feticide, domestic violence.
19. To provide participation in the implementation and operation of the C.S.R. programs operated by companies. To promote the programs related to Panchayati State and to provide participation in their implementation and operation. To work for the rehabilitation of old, destitute, widows, abandoned women and to run old age homes.
20. To make the farmers aware of the advanced farming and animal husbandry methods and to make them aware about the use of organic manure.
21. To provide participation in the implementation and operation of schemes run by Disabled Public Welfare, Disabled Welfare, Social Welfare, Fisheries Department, Animal Husbandry Department.
22. To provide participation in the implementation and operation of programs run by the Gau Seva Aayog for the service and rehabilitation of the helpless suffering cows.
23. To create awareness among the people against various social evils and try to remove the social evils like dowry system, female feticide, untouchability etc.
24. To run Anganwadi, Jhulaghar, Kindergarten centres for the all-round development of the children of working women and to make the schemes run by the Social Welfare Department reach the masses.
25. To provide self-employment education training to rural laborers and to make them self-reliant and to organize entrepreneurship development programs.
26. To work for the promotion of conservation of forests, to provide participation in the development of nursery by massive plantation, to bring awareness among people to stop de-forestation.
27. To work for water conservation and promotion, to promote the water harvesting method, to work for the protection and promotion of the environment and to make people aware for plantation, to promote horticulture.
28. To work for the all-round development of the youth by organizing personality development programs and to inculcate the feeling of patriotism among the youth.
29. To do the work of upliftment by operating children's home, girl's home, gharaunda, handicapped home for handicaps. To work for the care and upliftment of senior citizens. To run shelter homes, multi-service centres. To work for the social development of third genders. Organizing awareness programmes, workshops, seminars to inculcate a sense of respect for them among the people. Establishment and operation of drug de-addiction centre.
30. To make people aware of yoga education and to disseminate the promotion of yoga education, to establish and operate yoga education training institutes.
31. To promote non-conventional energy sources and to provide participation in the implementation of schemes run by the Central Government and State Government in the field of energy.
32. To conduct service work in natural calamities.
